The Motherhood RE:BUILD is an 8 week programme created for mums with babies and young children who are ready to move again. Whether you’re aiming to get back to lifting weights, running or your favourite gym class, or if you’re starting a completely new chapter with your health and fitness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way, helping you build strength and confidence in a way that fits into your life as a mum.

 

What’s Included

The Motherhood RE:BUILD gives you everything you need to safely and confidently get back into training after having a baby.

  • Personalised training plan – tailored to your postnatal recovery, exercise history, and your specific goals, delivered through an easy-to-use online platform.

  • Initial video call – a quick chat to cover the basics of breathing, deep core engagement, and pelvic floor connection, and to assess your starting point.

  • On-demand follow-along videos – short videos to practise your foundations and build confidence before progressing.

  • Progressive workouts – short, manageable sessions that fit into real life, designed to be done at home or in the gym.

  • Goal-specific later weeks – workouts become tailored to your individual goals, whether that’s running, classes, lifting, or sport, so you finish feeling strong and ready to fully return to training.

  • Weekly check-ins – support and accountability to keep you on track.

  • Simple nutrition focus – practical tips drip fed through the programme and a weekly focus to help you make small, sustainable changes without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Ongoing support – I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, guiding you from recovery to feeling strong, confident, and ready to take on anything (except maybe toddler tantrums!)
