The RE:BUILD is an 8 week online programme built around the reality of your life, not the fantasy of free time. Whether you've literally just been cleared for exercise or you've been trying to make it stick for a while, I'll guide you through the process safely, with purpose, and in a way that genuinely fits around your life.

What’s Included
The RE:BUILD gives you everything you need to safely and confidently get back into training. It doesn't matter if your baby is six months old or six years old, whether you're navigating physical recovery or just tired of being at the bottom of your own priority list. You're in the right place.
Personalised training plan — tailored to your recovery, exercise history, and your specific goals, delivered through an easy-to-use online platform.
Initial video call — a quick chat to get to know you and assess your starting point, so we get the programme right for you from day one.
On-demand follow-along videos — short videos to build your foundations so you know how to train in a way that supports and protects your pelvic floor long term.
On-demand Pilates classes — 20 to 30 minute follow-along classes covering breath, movement and deep core connection, so you build from the inside out.
Progressive workouts — short, manageable sessions that fit into real life, designed to be done at home or in the gym.
Goal-specific later weeks — workouts become tailored to your individual goals, whether that's running, classes, or sport, so you finish feeling strong and ready to fully return to the training that you love.
Weekly check-ins — support and accountability to keep you on track.
Nutrition guidance built around your life — a structured approach that starts with the small changes you can make immediately and builds week by week. You'll develop your own daytime default system to take the thinking out of eating well, supported by a permanent resource you can return to at any time.
Ongoing support — you'll never feel like you're doing this alone. Consistent, personal support throughout so that by the end of the programme you feel capable, confident, and set up to keep going long after week 8.
