Mondays at Karma Studios are continuing to run with a fabulous cover teacher and can continue to be booked through this website. Pregnancy Pilates classes are currently suspended, but I have pre-recorded pregnancy appropriate online classes available to purchase.

Recorded Online Pilates Classes

These classes are recorded live online classes via the Zoom video conferencing app and shared via Google Photos. Each class is 50 minutes long. Single classes can be purchased with a one week expiry, or bundles of classes are available with a one month expiry and option to maintain access for a monthly fee after this time. Pregnancy appropriate and mixed ability classes are available. Please get in touch for more information.

Pilates at Karma Studios : Mondays 1400

Classes at Karma Studios are all mixed ability - appropriate options and levels are given throughout the class depending on the needs of the participants. Please provide your own mat and (where possible) any equipment that you like to use to help your practice. Classes are an hour long. If it’s your first class, please get in touch for a coupon code to get 60% off your first ‘taster’ class. After that there is an option to pay £72 for a 6 classes (to be used within 60 days) or you can pay £15 per individual class.

Pregnancy Pilates at The Chancery : Mondays 1900

Pregnancy Pilates takes place at The Chancery in Beckenham. Please provide your own mat. You may also find it useful to bring a cushion for extra support in some postures. Classes last for an hour. There is an option to pay £72 for 6 classes (to be used at any point throughout the duration of your pregnancy) or £15 per individual class.
