“Starting my journey with Gill was the best thing I have ever done. Not going to lie I was scared the first session but she made me feel at ease. I used to look at the (big boy) weights and was scared as did not really have much of an idea what to do, but after a few sessions on the weights with Gill I had the confidence to hit them on my own.

I was very big after I had my little boy and lost the weight but never felt good enough to get my stomach out! But when I went on holiday last year I did all because of my help from Gill. She is not only a great PT but she is a kind, helpful person that listens and helps you hit realistic fitness goals. Can’t wait to get back to my training with Gill!”
